Diamond A Ranch also has a deep and respected history in the purebred Brahman bred. 

 

In 1980, the first Brahman cows and bulls were purchased. An extensive A.I. and Embryo breeding program produced some of the best genetics not only in Texas, but also internationally.

With changing dynamics and an increased interest in the commercial cattle industry, the decision was made in 2009 for Diamond A Ranch to disperse the Brahman herd.

 

Today the ranch incorporates a small herd of Brahman cows for F-1 production.
