Since 1974 the Armstrong family has been involved in various segments of cattle ranching. Over the years the ranch has evolved from purebred Brahman and F-1 Brahman cattle production, to an F-1 Cowherd and the development of top quality crossbred replacement heifers. 

Also, owning and operating a local public cattle auction for almost ten years gave birth to a feeder cattle and custom feeding operation. While sustaining the ranch operations and adjusting to changes in the U.S. beef industry, the "A" in Diamond A Ranch now represents "Adaptability."

 

As the ranch incorporated the third generation of family into its operations, the ranch entered yet another segment of beef production in 2016. Finishing cattle on grass and grain, Diamond A Ranch Beef
produces its first labeled product: Beef Cuts. Consumers all over the country have the opportunity to purchase locally grown, fresh frozen beef right from our Ranch.
